1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the jili91 website, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with jili91's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Jili91 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of jili91, you must register a personal account. The following rules apply to all jili91 accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on jili91. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jili91 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Jili91 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• Identity Verification (KYC): Jili91 may require you to complete identity verification procedures at any time, including submission of a government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification may have withdrawals suspended until verification is complete.
• Account Ownership: Your jili91 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jili91 are subject to the following terms:

• Accepted Payment Methods: Jili91 currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Accepted methods may change from time to time at jili91's discretion.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit on jili91 is ₱100. Minimum and maximum limits for specific payment methods are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Currency: All transactions on jili91 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
• Deposit Processing: GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your jili91 account within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the issuing bank.
• Withdrawal Processing: Jili91 aims to process withdrawal requests within 5 minutes for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours. Jili91 reserves the right to delay withdrawals pending identity verification or fraud review.
• Withdrawal Conditions: You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. Jili91 may require you to wager your deposit at least once before a withdrawal is permitted, in order to prevent money laundering.
• Fees: Jili91 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which jili91 accepts no responsibility.
• Refused Transactions: Jili91 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal at its sole discretion, including where fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms is suspected.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

• All bonuses, vouchers, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional rewards offered by jili91 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion.
• Jili91 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible player, household, IP address, device, or payment method, unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Jili91 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if it determines that a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or any other fraudulent means.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your jili91 account. Real-money funds are used first in all wagers unless otherwise specified.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the jili91 Platform are governed by the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific rules displayed within each game:

• All game outcomes on jili91 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG ) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing and spinning processes conducted by trained dealers.
• Jili91 makes no guarantee of winnings. All games involve an element of chance, and the house edge is built into each game's design. Past results do not influence future outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, jili91 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. Jili91's decision in such matters is final.

• Any attempt to use software, bots, scripts, or other automated tools to gain an unfair advantage on jili91 is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• Jili91 reserves the right to declare a wager void if it was placed in error, at incorrect odds, or as a result of a system error.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jili91 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on jili91;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Using jili91 for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Using any form of artificial intelligence, bot, script, or automated software to interact with jili91;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain — any winnings obtained through exploitation will be voided;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the jili91 Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jili91 staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Accessing jili91 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law;
• Allowing any third party to use your jili91 account.

8 Account Suspension & Termination

Jili91 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider;
• A player's request for self-exclusion under jili91's Responsible Gaming policy;
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, jili91 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, jili91 may forfeit the balance in full. Where no breach is confirmed, any legitimate balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

You may close your jili91 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any pending bonus funds will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to your registered payment method subject to standard verification procedures.

9 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jili91 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jili91 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue;
• Loss of data or account information;
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond jili91's reasonable control;
• Errors or inaccuracies in game outcomes resulting from technical malfunctions;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

Jili91's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jili91 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jili91's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12 Privacy

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jili91 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent jili91 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
